Charging a fee of 3% on top of already expensive repairs seemed excessive to me. There is a cost to do business and if you accept debit and credit cards, you should be prepared to absorb that expense. If your intent is to only accept cash, that should be clearly stated. Punishing someone for using a card whereby you receive immediate funds to your account is unprofessional and frankly, looks like you are suggesting only cash payments. Is your intent to only collect cash an attempt at evade paying taxes on your income?

Superb job restoring my truck. It looks brand new. My only critique of your operation is that I never received any updates as I was told I would be. I had to call in twice to find out the status of the repairs and to find out when it was ready. Otherwise, A+!!!
My car's wheel was repaired rather than replaced. There were machine marks and cross the entire surface. The paint has swirl marks from machinery in the finish. I could have done a better job by hand. So far not a happy customer.
