I took my 2016 Focus to CBS at the recommendation of the MetLife Website. So far this has been a huge mistake. The car had been hit from behind by a MetLife customer. So far they have had the car for 51 days and it still has not been returned to its original condition. They have refused to correct poor fitting work on the bumper cover and trunk lid that were replaced and have refused to correct the warped quarter panels even after I provided photos of the car proving the condition of the car before the accident. Very disappointing for a shop that claims to do top quality work.
