Everything was great. You kept me up to date, you finished the repairs quickly and correctly. But when I received the car the applicae was the wrong one for my car ( to be fair you did say you would get the right one but I wouldn't have had time to stop in again.). But I can live with the applicae but what soured the experience is when I received the car with dust covering everything inside of it and in the trunk. I had to ask to get it wipped down.and was late for work and I still find dirty areas. Thank you for your time.

Repair of damage to the bumper was done satisfactorily, but somehow small patches of the tint on the rear glass was torn.

I have to say that this was the first time that I was treated fairly by a car repair service. As a woman, it has always been a struggle to get a fair price, but this time I left feeling valued and respected and could not have been more appreciative for the work completed and the charges. I could afford the price and even more than that felt valued. This rarely happens in businesses today and I am so grateful to the gentleman who provided the estimate and consulted with me. I will be a customer for life and tell everyone! All aspects of customer service and communication were outstanding! Thank you-Robyn K

We were tense and angry after the accident that was completely mot our fault, but your staff attended to us and put us at ease and they delivered. The loaner vehicle was indeed a plus, an excellent bonus.

Other than the adjuster from geico called Mike that ws suspicious the hole time and insulting when I stated about the left front wheel scratch by stating that he will have to go and check the area of the incident to understand if I say the truth the rest of the people were excellent and I appreciate their efforts and work. That geico employee I don't want ever again to deal with. Unacceptable comment from a smart **** which the only thing that will happen with him is to loose business becuase of him.

I was absolutely pleased with my experience from the second I walked in the door and I messed up my appointment time. I accidentally came a whole day early and they took me anyways. You're pretty much in and out with no hassle . Everybody is so nice and the work is beautiful my car has never looked better. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!!
