At times I felt the communication was insufficient regarding the progress of the car.
Part of the trailer hitch is completely missing and both blinker lights are not working properly anymore but where when vehicle was dropped off for repair.
I'm up set because my car was not ready ontime it was not clean out I was told that it was my 4x4 logo is still not on my truck and he still hasn't come in let so yes I'm up set Poor customer service

At delivery of my vehicle, I pointed out that the "FIT" of the new fender, the new headlight and the hood did NOT fit together as they should. The collision rep, acknowledged that my observation was correct and took the vehicle back to the collision dept., however, at 5:30 on Friday, nothing was done to resolve the problem. I remain dissatisfied.

Great customer service from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. **** and the others were great and I only wish every one could have the great customer service that Signature Collision has.
I brought my car in for repairs to my bumper. Once it was returned to me, I found it to be discolored. The tone of the white appears to be a shade darker then the rest of the car. The manager agreed to repair it and have it match the rest of the car, but I would have to wait 2 weeks because the shop is "busy" going into the Hoilday. This is my first time using the facility and I am not sure if I would come back. The staff is friendly, but the work is not great. I went in with one color and came out with another. Only to be told that it does that on white cars. I find that to be insulting, for I would have never purchased a car with something so obvious. I blame the process they use in order to repair/dry the paint. I am grateful he agreed to do it over, but I am completely disappointed at the work. I went in with high hopes and left totally unsAtisfied.

It was not ready the day I was told it would be ready but they did a excellent job on the repair. But something is loose under the front that wasn't there prior to accident. I asked them to check it out. All I got was they only do cosmetic part.

After picking up my car, I noticed damage to my front bottom grill. It is slightly bent. I expected to receive my vehicle back in the same condition that I dropped it off in.

The bright spot was MR Paul Hayes and the receptionist other than that had to return 3 times. 1. Wrong rim replaced 2nd windshield cracked 3rd had to wait 2 hours for car to return from being realigned. If not for Paul and the receptionist I would have called the owner but they were kind and professional through the bad experience.

So far I'm 100% satisfied with my "repair". However, I missed several hours of work and personal time due to low battery issues after pickup. I had to utilize GEICO emergency road side. After contacting Signature about my issue I was told it's not uncommon for battery drainage due to lack of use and doors being left opened etc during repair. If this is a common known issue I suggest a best practice be explored to put vehicles on battery chargers approximately 6 to 24 hrs in advance of customer pickup. Although general customer service was really great, this glitch if I had to rate from 1 to 5 would be the difference between a 5 and 3. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

My car was in for a simple dent in the right rear passenger door and quarter panel. The work required fixing the debt and paint touch up. I was told my car was ready and went to pick it up but there were streaks and droplets in the paint finish. I was told this was probably from a bad batch of primer because it had not been there the night before when the car was checked. They kept my car to fix it and I took the rental home instead of my car. This was on Thursday 2/4/16. I was told I would be moved to the front of the repair queue and the work would be done by Monday. I have not been receiving text updates for this second round of repairs so I called Monday 2/816 to check the status. No one answered so I left a voicemail explaining the situation as requesting a call back. I never received one so I called again today. A woman answers the phone and said she was going to the shop to check the status of my vehicle and would call me right back. I never received a call. I am worried that more damage has been done to my vehicle and that is the cause of the delay and why no one wants to tell me what's going on. Meanwhile I am still driving the rental vehicle, now on Signature Collisions dime, so you think that would be motivation for them to finish the work but no. Since I do not expect to receive a call I plan on stopping by the shop tomorrow morning as soon as they open. This is the worst repair experience I have ever been involved in and I will absolutely not use this shop again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Quick, efficient, convenient!
Vehicle was clean along the areas readily viewable, however the roof area was still white with shop dust. The interior had also collected a great amount of shop dust, I will now have to have the vehicle detailed.
So far I have found systems that do not work properly, blind spot system is disabled, driver side window auto up/down does not work, today I discovered the rear window wiper and defrost are not working. I have made an appointment with the Subaru dealer to address the first two items on the 22nd of January.
The front office staff kept me informed of the status of the vehicle repair as did the adjuster. As to the question, completely satisfied, not sure that statement applies.

There are still a few smears on the windows and I know this isn't a detailing service the car could have been a little cleaner on the exterior. But overall, customer service and convenience were great.
