Very friendly, frequent updates w/o over doing it. Would definitely use again if needed

First of all, it took three tries to get my car repaired right. Second, Well trained collision mechanic shouldn't blame after market parts for bad workmanship. Third, I paid the extra cost for original parts, so that excuse should have not been used. Fourth, Gold standard body shops should be given to body shops that wow the customer every single time, not when only they are being reviewed. Totally unacceptable to return a car almost 4 weeks after it was turned in with all work approved. It was just a front bumper and right front panel. On Saturday, the male employee at the front desk, says that the mistakes on mine car are because S.h.i.t. happens, and that is very unprofessional. You could ask, the state farm adjustor, who was present for that conversation. Insurance company pay top dollar for their customer to be happy with their cars repair. Customers are not suppose to hear, S.h.i.t. happen and accept the unacceptable repair on their car. At the end, customers always pay insurance company with higher premiums. So the customer should good workman ship when paying top dollar per hour. Steven V
