The updates to my car’s repairs were excellent. You don’t know how much I appreciated those updates. They helped me plan my day. The bumper looks great! The extra step of detailing my car before I took possession, made my day!! My only negative experience was the rental car I got from Hertz. Going from a Buick LaCrosse to a Nissan Versa was not pleasant. The car was squeaky and you could feel every bump. My fiancé who is over 6 feet tall and barely fitted in the front passenger seat. The process of what rental car a person gets needs to be revamped.

Daniel did an awesome job and my truck looks great. Randall was very professional and did a good job on keeping me informed of the process. The one thing I would change if I was the manager / owner is the attitude of the lady at the reception desk. She was rude and was very short with me when I dropped off the vehicle and argued with me about how I should proceed with my insurance claim. When picking up my vehicle I also heard her be rude and short with another customer, very unprofessional! Again Daniel did an amazing job at making my truck look better than before the accident! Because of the quality of work I would use Procare again.
