Still waiting to hear when my luggage cover will be replaced! No, need for its removal! Unhappy with this inconvenience!

Car looked great when I got it back. I did notice some scratching and loose trim afterwards from where the broken glass scratched the interior plastic

The experience was flawless with great customer service and follow up emails.

The paint job was a decent job still some marks that are very visible and a scratch on the paint that was not there and a few other issues I added ISM to look at and they didn’t but it looking forward to taking my cat back to them and having them resolved the issue

There appeared to be existing damage, not caused by the recent accident, that was simply touched up and not repaired. It would’ve been nice to be notified of this damage and whether we wanted to also have that repaired as well. This would’ve resulted in an overall better result where now there is a touchup on the bumper that was just completely painted. Other than that, the work performed was done to our satisfaction.

The only thing need to get improvement is that they need to improve the time frame. My car took a month to fix completely. But all in all, they do take a time for my car and did a good job.

But Antonio already contacted me and I am dropping my car off tomorrow to fix the issues and will provide a loaner while my car is being repaired. Thank you Antonio!

Great staff. Kept me updated on my repairs. Even tended to a small issue that may or may not have resulted from the repairs. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Repair and communication were done really well, but some details on the car weren't up to the quality I was hoping for. For example: - New headlight units have marks (probably from packaging) that can easily be removed with a cloth but was not done so - A few marks on door panels that were not repaired but could have easily been removed with a thorough cleaning. - Rear hatch area was left much dirtier than when dropped off. Looks like there's lots of workshop dust inside. - New black marks inside hatch area appeared that were not present before the repair - Lots of rattling coming from rear hatch area, mostly due to items not being returned to original position (e.g. cargo cover)
