Very courious and helpful staff. Appreciated the daily email updates. The work on my car was actually completed before the scheduled date. The repair work and paint job were well done. My car looks new again. The convenience of having an Enterprise loaner car was an extra plus.

The body work was very good. No complaint there. I later discovered, however, when I removed the "protective" paper floor mat, that you had damaged my own Acura floor mat on the driver side. I then figured that the paper floor mat had been left there to hide the damaged Acura floor mat. I wish I had removed the paper cover mat at your business rather than later after I arrived at my office parking lot.

The job was excellent overall, but there were three oversights: There was smudges of silver overspray (or something) on both front tires. Was able to remove them with lacquer thinner. There were dark, oily smudges on the edge of the vertical back seat cushion on the driver's side. I was able to remove them with upholstery cleaner. There were some small lines & smudges on the cushion part of the back seat. Apparently, parts were put there during the repair. I have no problem with the repair tech doing that, but a cover should have been put over the leather to protect it. Paul offered to clean these problems up, and said that while the shop cleans the car in the areas it worked on, it does not detail the car before returning it to the customer. Of course not, and I wouldn't expect you to. But may I suggest that a quick but thorough eyeball inspection - open all the doors, look in the trunk - should be performed after every repair prior to its delivery to the customer to ensure that the car is fully ready. At a minimum, if other areas of the car are used incidental to the repair (like placing parts in the back seat), then those areas should be covered during the repair and inspected afterward to ensure that the tech did not inadvertently damage or dirty that area.
