There work was great on what they did but I can’t seeto get them to fax a supplement to Farmers insurance to check out why my engine light was on for four days and still comes on and off occasionally, and the passenger door has a buckled in it from the wreck that’s needs repaired, the steering wheel trembles when you get up to 60 miles an hour. So I’m not completely satisfied and I’m still trying to get them to submit the supplement to Farmers for it has to be done by fax from my understanding

Dustin did such an incredible job the first time when I got in a car accident that I decided to bring it back to Eastex. Not only did Dustin do another incredible job on fixing my car again but he also make sure he asked all my questions and he always kept me informed. He’s very professional and he knows his stuff, I didn’t have to worry about my car at all I knew it was in good hands. When I came to pick it up I noticed the paint job was off so I asked could they fixed it he didn’t make a big deal or even get piss or try to sell me on some bull ****, he apologized and fixed the problem. He’s the best not saying that no one else works hard because they do whenever I was in there waiting for Dustin the other people went out their way to help me until Dustin was available I can truly say I would totally recommend this place. Thank you Eastex and Dustin for getting my car fix and back to me on a timely manner you guys are truly amazing!!

Mr. Dustin took very good care of my Lexus and kept me informed of all the repairs and answers any questions that I may had. He also went above and beyond to help me get a rental and make sure that the insurance company paid for all the work. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Eastex. Thank you Dustin!!!

For one I waited three month to get my car back and then they always blamed it on the car insurance when really it was them bc parts that should have BEEN ordered with the first subliment and they later in order it with the second then they do not up day u on anything with ur car as well as hanging up in ur face and not answering there phones, this was the worst experience of my life and they are really full of sht I hope anyone does not go threw what I went to.... Also go to the Yelp app and they will show u all the bad reviews that this company have befor u make the decision on letting them touch ur car....

I dreaded having to go through the process of having repairs made to my car the moment the accident occurred. It is a poor service not trustworthy where you have to beg for them to do something. Where they just look for the money that will come from the insurance and don't worry about the customer. I do not recommend it to no one.

Really bad communication I went to try to pick my car up 3 times and it was not ready even though you told me it was. This text message system they have is completely ineffective and you are not giving me accurate information. I will not be getting any more service from you. Also I called in to the office and one of the employees refused to help me and hung up on me and said he was to busy and said I had to call back when I had the last 4 digits of my VIN when I know for a fact he could have still looked up my information. He was very rude and you never tell a customer you are too hurry up becuase you are too busy! Also every single time I walk in to the office there are 4 men sitting at their desk on their phone doing NOTHING. They do not speak or greet ANY of the customers. Meanwhile the only lady at her desk has people crowding around her trying to answer questions. Either this company does not care about customer service or you have an extremel lack of structure. I sat in your office for 15 min before anyone said anything to me. While all these employees are on their phone. I will never becoming here again and after talking to other customers in the waiting room they seemed to feel the same.
