I was told my car was ready. Since it had been taken to a different shop for repairs they returned it to the original shop. The car sat all day waiting for a QC check that never occurred until I called. After calling I was told the car was ready. Picked it up and discovered the horn was not working - how does it leave the original shop without testing the horn? Especially, since it was involved in the collision. I had to go back to the shop return the car get my rental and I have not been informed of when I will get it back. Very disappointing - you guys had been doing great. The car now has to go back to Newport I have no idea if it has as I have not received any information since I returned the car.

The estimator was magical. I had inspected my vehicle at home for damage for about 15 - 20 minutes. He looked at the vehicle for 5 seconds and saw damage I had overlooked.
The repair tech was very concerned with my satisfaction. Before I went into the office to sign to retrieve the vehicle I first went to look at it in the lot. The tech came over asking if I had seen anything wrong. She was very concerned that I might have been unhappy with her work. I assured her it was just the opposite. My wife and I were marveling at how good it looked.
This is the 5th time that I have brought my car to Abra. I absolutely love how they excel in communication! I know what is happening every step of the way. I recently brought my car in and was told I could wait for it, it would only be 20-30 minutes. I timed them, it was 20 minutes! They rock! Everyone is so nice, helpful and kind. You know that their number one goal is to make sure that the customer is helped in a timely fashion and understands everything.
