****. The driver took me to the wrong Enterprise office. (USAA had made the arrangements, and I had no idea where I was supposed to go.) That office was busy and did not have a car reserved for me. After a modest wait, I was put in a huge, nasty, gas-guzzling Buick SUV.
2. For the first 72 hours I had no communication at all about the status of the job or the time estimate for getting my car back

Everything was wonderful! The staff was polite and helpful and the work got done in a very timely manner. I was kepynin the loop the entire process. I would come back if I ever needed work done again in the future.

I was told that an alignment would be performed but it appears that either it was not done or done poorly. I was asked to complete transaction prior to inspection. Nobody accompanied me to inspect the work. Work was below my expectations. USAA has your company on a list of parter vendors. This fact led me to believe my experience would be top notch as USAA is a top notch insurance company. I would appreciate a call to address my concerns. Thank you.
