the adjuster missed some points of the car when checkin the car so some parts still missing i talked to the adjuster and is been a month or more since I talked about this parts missing and according to her the parts is been ordered but a month and nothing as happened and i wandered when this is gone to be fixed and about the ignition switch doesn’t have a drive wheel lock

Excellent. From intake form to finish results. I was absolutely highly impressed. Very professional staff. I was specifically impressed with the nice woman to took a look at my car at first. Unfortunately I don’t recall her name (I’m very sorry about that). She was very professional. You are well staffed. Your tech didn't tighten the bolts and my tire began to fall off, causing damage to the rotor and wheel. I was put in a dangerous situation. I am grateful you covered the additional repair, but it never should've happened in the first place.
