Impeccable service and attention. I appreciated the online updates though some of them seemed to be behind in terms of the scheduled delivery date. Liked that i could return my rental car onsite.

I was so impressed by the service from start to finish the job was done so quickly and was kept well informed by staff. My favorite thing was that my car was not only cleaned but detailed inside and out. The last collision center in my local town was horrible and returned the car filthy. Thank you Cadillac and staff for the great experience. I also let farmers insurance know what amazing service that was provided.

From the beginning Evan Meyer was very friendly and professional and kept me updated as to the progress on my car. Claudia, in the Enterprise office was also super nice and efficient. From the list of repair shops given me by the insurance company, I chose you guys because I figured you have to satisfy Cadillac owners so you must do great work. You proved me right and niw I feel really smart. Thanks to everyone involved.

The experience with Ken Batchelor Cadillac was a great one. I had no problems turning in the car and dealing with the representative. The emails were helpful, but there was no place to say where I wanted communication. I would have liked this repair communication to occur by phone. Otherwise, everything was a great experience. Thanks again.

I do not complain about the service that they gave me through the phone but My truck is not working very good,,it has some noises that it didn't had before..what can I do about that,, I'm specting a call from my Farmers adjuster to notify this little problem.

Staff was friendly and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle which I appreciated. I also appreciated the speedy service. The only thing I would suggest is provide a better expectations on the process. I work at USAA and have limited time therefore I would have appreciated the process to be explained prior to dropping off vehicle for repair. It would have been a smoother transaction if it was explained where to park to drop off car, where to pick up rental and where to drop car off and how to return rental. As most customers I thought to drive up to the drive up area which is not correct. I waisted time driving up, speaking with representative to then be told I had to park elsewhere and was unable to locate correct parking so I had to park along the curb in the fire lane. Furthermore I didn't feel bringing the car in for an estimate was helpful as the representative didn't provide me any documentation of estimated cost but rather a verbal stating repair could be done. Lastly, like other services I've received from your location it would be a great suggestion to ask myself as the customer to provide a good time to pick up the repaired vehicle as I was waiting around for the representative to locate and bring my vehicle to me, it would have been an easier encounter had I known the process and estimated time for completing pick up of my vehicle and drop off of rental. Lastly, my POC was great and he was friendly and the above are only suggestions to go above and beyond for your customers that choose your facility for vehicle repair.
