I had a wonderful experience with American Collision Repair. I didn't have an appointment. I walked in and was helped immediately by Chris. I was even given the option to leave my car that day for them to start on. They told me my car would be ready in one week. They were ahead of schedule and had it back to me 4 days later! I received daily emails with status updates as well as calls from Michael updating me on the progress of the repairs. Once again, when I went to pick up my car I didn't wait at all. My car was ready, parked in front, Michael had all the paper work ready and I was in and out in 5 minutes! My car looked beautiful, work was flawless. This is the only place I will take my car in the future. I am extremely pleased with my whole experience. Thank you!!
