On both the left and the right side the bumper is not flush to the car. If you look where the bumper is by the back tail lights you could see where it is scraped is it they used a screwdriver somebody needs to call me and get this fixed because it looks worse than it did before it was brought in

The work hasn't been completed. Also all of my quarters were missing from my coin pocket in the center console. Yes I should have removed anything of value and of course no harm was done..., just disappointed. I will give you a final report when the work is completed!

While I'm very pleased with the work, I would really appreciate it if you would please stop addressing me as Andrew. Andrew's car is a 2011 black Mustang convertible and mine is a 2014 gray Mustang convertible. Please know that it was MY decision to bring MY Mustang to your facility. Andrew does not make any decisions with regards to my car. It's insulting to not be acknowledged as the customer and shows a lack of sincerity of service. I alone pay for my car and I alone make all of the decisions relating to it's care and upkeep. I will be glad to return for services in the future once you stop calling me Andrew & use my phone number for any communications regarding MY car. In this unfortunate event that my car had to be repaired, Karl Flammer provided a full-service experience, which made everything a lot easier. Staff was prepared and the whole process (incl. intake, estimate, rental car and checkout) was very efficient. The repairs looked great...good as new.

After leaving, I discovered upon entering the locked car, the drivers door will not open with just the fob in my pocket (all other doors not repaired, do). The fob must be taken out and pressed to unlock the drivers door which was repaired after an accident. Now additional time must be taken.

We were well informed during the whole process, and the work was done within the original amount of time they expected. The staff was courteous and efficient. This was a very pleasant experience under not so pleasant conditions. The car looks fantastic and the service was excellent. A terrific one stop transaction - quick, smooth and friendly. We will highly recommend Karl Flammer and will probably come to them when we decide to get a new vehicle. A fantastic collision shop! John was outstanding in service. Good jog done by all.
