The customer service I received as well all the repairs went above and beyond my expectations. The car turned out beautiful from the wheel restoration to the fender, the grill and the paint job. The only problem was with the mirror replaced. I know it didn’t have to do with the repair of the shop but with the manufacturer quality. I do understand that the insurance does not cover original part and therefore was purchased a different mirror. Now that mirror vibrates when on movement and my safety concern is when driving at night on the highway I not able to clearly see the distance between me and the cars behind me. For the moment I am relying on the right and middle mirror. I have contacted the repair shop and they are gladly going to take a look at it this week. Again the service was amazing. I definitely will return and highly recommended Bravo Collision Center.

Yes I was very happy with your work. It looks like I was never hit. Veronica was so professional and courteous, every time I spoke to her about any questions I had about this issue. The other secretary called Enterprise to go pick me up when I initially dropped my vehicle off with you to have it fixed—that’s good service! My experience with Bravo Chevrolet in the repair of my vehicle was outstanding. I would like to give (Veronica Herrera) your Body Shop Advisor a big thanks for coordinating all aspects of the process of ensuring my car was repaired in a timely fashion as well as keeping me informed of every step of what was happening to my car, even rental car requirements. I picked up my car today and it was completely repaired, clean and shiny and ready when I arrived to pick it up. I had lost my faith in Bravo from a bad experience a few years ago. That faith now it has been restored. Thank you for the outstanding repair of my car.
