We have used Magic Touch a few times, with different vehicles, and are truly satisfied each time. This time, there were some parts shipping issues, but Brodie and his team made it right, and then some. The work is always “Showroom Ready”, while the ease of doing business with them will always keep me coming back. I never have to worry about dealing with brand specific repair centers, Magic Touch is certified to do them all. There is NO reason to go somewhere else.

I wish the body shop kept the insurance company more updated. I really did not care for the insurance company’s threatening calls that they were going to stop paying for the rental car, but that was because they did not get updates from the body shop. I found it very stressful so then I had to call the body shop to remind them to please update the system with any delays.
