Felm the first day they weee so reassuring and helpful. They talked me through the whole process and made the whole process extremely easy. I was updated daily on the status of my car and they even turned my rental car in for me when it was time to pick up my car. Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them.

Hmmm...well, it took a month to complete repairs which is really too long, and the electrical work is messed up. My headlight BRIGHTS don't work, and the door illumination was not re-hooked up, so now it has to go back again. Which means I have to rent another car until the work is completed again, and I have to come up with another $100 for Enterprise. So while the customer service is really good, the completed work wasn't completed.

The car was not to be done until November 2nd but was completed over two weeks early. thank you for this. They also acted in a very professional way by keeping me informed of every step of the way by text or phone calls. And I feel they did their best to restore the car back to it’s original state or better.
