Shawn was very nice to work with and made things very convenient for us. I can't even tell that my bumper isn't the original. Thank you for washing my car before giving it back, that was a nice touch and it was really clean...not just a quick swipe like a lot of places do. I do not see anywhere in the paperwork that the steering was addressed. The car is still pulling to the right, so the steering was not put back into alignment.
