My car struck a guardrail and therefore was undriveable for the past 23 days. Car Star was there from the start to take care of me. All the Repairs were explained in an extremely easy to understand manner. On the way home from your place I noticed a low tire light. When I checked this morning I found a bolt in the tread of my front left tire. It must have been picked up while at you facility. Other wise your repair looks excellent.

Everything was excellent except for the 4 day delay in completing the repairs on my car. One of the things you specifically advertise as a strength is how you inspect all parts before using them. Apparently you don’t inspect them as soon as you receive them, or you would not have needed to order my side mirror 3 times over 4 days (3 business days) before you had a usable one.
