Service good. Done a day early. Everyone was super nice. Body work is excellent. Paint doesn’t quite match. I should take it back but I don’t want to drive another rental car and even though it’s a new car and they shouldn’t have any problems matching the color, if I take it back, they might get it further off

Very pleased with the work
This is totally not a big deal at all, but my battery was dead when I picked up the car. The guy jump started it right away but I didn’t realize I had to drive around for awhile to charge it so when I got to where I was going, it died again.

The only thing that I would have appreciated was being told not only the expected date of pick up (which i was), but also that pick up is typically in the late afternoon instead of the morning. I assumed morning since that's when I dropped it off. That could be changed due to delays, but the text updates were great (more specific detail about where it was at in the process; removal, painting, reassembly, etc. would be cool).
The job was completed when promised.
My car looks brand new. They did an excellent job. The staff there is very courteous and helpful. If I need my car repaired again I will be back at Wicklunds.

Communication from wicklunds was terrible regarding the status of our service. I have used them many times before but this time our experience was one of inaccurate progress communication. I received text notices that my car was progressing and would be finished as schedule but come to find out my car had not even been started. What was supposed to be a 5 day period of not having our car turned into 11 days. Communication must improve or I will no longer look to wicklunds for service. Even in the second week of having my car I received NO communication about progress. I myself had to reach out to them at noon on the day it was supposedly going to be ready. After all the errors in communicating during the first week, you would think they might call you a day in advance of my car being ready.
Thank you for not accepting a broken part for my car. It was worth the wait for a new unbroken replacement part for my car. Thanks also for keeping to the anticipated schedule getting my car returned to me. It is greatly appreciated.
My car is beautiful. I know it took a longer time because of the problem with the mirror. Thanks for your professionalism!
