I was told a man who fixed dents would be in to give me an estimate. I was told that I would be given a call back the following day. No one ever called me. I had to call up there. Someone told me he would still be in and someone would give me a call back. That never happened either. I called back and someone let me know he was not coming. I don’t know why this was such a confusing bit of information to communicate with me, but I did not appreciate having to call up there multiple times when I was told someone would contact me.
