The job wasn’t done correctly the first time. I understand you guys waiting on insurance to okay things, but it took 5 weeks for something simple to be completed. Sloppy workmanship. On top of that, there was quite a bit of mileage added to the car. I came in w/ a little over 13k & I picked it up w/ over 14k on it. The car finally looked decent but the troglodyte handling my car got clear coat on the steering wheel. I for sure won’t bring any of my cars or recommend your shop to anyone.
It was a minor thing but it was not taken care at the time of the service
The tire pressure light came on
Pretty simple repair with just a fender replacement. Somehow in the estimate they overlooked the tow hitch. Added price to the quote and kept my car in shop for an extra 3 days. More cost for the quote and Uber. Little disappointing. Otherwise a good job.

10 extra minutes should have been taken to properly clean the undercarriage of the van, spray wash or wipe. 10 minutes would have made the difference...
If I could gain access, I would do it myself but I don’t have a vehicle lift.
Disappointed with the lack of care. Doing the minimum requirement does not justify great service, especially for areas of the vehicle only accessible by a body or maintenance shop.
There was a breakdown in communication regarding when my truck would be ready to picked up.
I am very satisfied with my recent experience.

Too expensive of price for repairs
Good work done in a timely fashion.
It is only a day after I picked car up body work appears fine.
Just want to suggest that you do a better job of cleaning the car.
Seats had dirt on edges where possibly workers sat or leaned while installing car parts.
Driver side door handle had something that more then soap and water to remove.
Possibly your cleaning out side of car is just a water rinse.there is a gritty film on the hood and I am hoping that will come of when I wash the car. After reviewing the car I went back in and told Jim about the seats and door handle.
Jim was very helpful in cleaning off the seats and buffing out the spot on the door handle.
Other then this I am satisfied so far.
Jist hoping the gritty feeling on my hood is just removable grim and dirt and not paint residue.
I will let you knos if it doesnt come off.
