Being able to leave my car at Mike’s and not worry about it what kind of service I will get and the quality of the repair is so fantastic in this day and age. Getting the frequent texts also enabled me to plan better around when I would be able to
pick the car up when work was completed. I was relieved when you needed another day also since the original time to complete the work landed on a day which would have been impossible for me to retrieve the car.This is my second experience at Mike’s and both experiences have been superb.

I worked with James and his customer service was outstanding. From the shuttle driver to the manager, everyone was friendly and attentive.
