I had to initiate any and all updates on the status of my vehicle. Even when I stopped by in person the person managing my repairs was too busy to speak with me.
With that being said I’m very satisfied with the repairs made which is most important.

There is a dent and cracked paint on the front of the hood that was not addressed. I found this after washing the truck. If Vann York supposedly washed the truck upon completion of the job how was this missed? You can't help but see it.

They did not repair as promised. Will not return phone calls. Put me on hold for 18 minutes then answered like I was a new customer. I was told I’d be contacted to finish it and have yet to be contacted.
