Vince was terrific. He kept me updated all the time, even sent me photos. I was very impressed. Plus my Jeep was returned to me cleaned inside and out. The tires were even treated! Excellent job!

customer service means a great deal to me. And the Greenway Ford team was great from the front desk to the collision staff. they were helpful and friendly every time I spoke to them.

I was called by Greenway who had sent a tow truck to collect my car and take it to the body shop and was told to go there and sign some papers. We left when the tow truck came. When we got to the collision center no one was there. Apparently they closed and the truck had dropped the car off right ad they closed. I was upset because I was told to come out at this time. I finally see someone come out from the back and tell him that I was supposed to sign some papers and I didn't want to have to come back because Greenway is across town from me. The guy made a huge huff and puff about how he was supposed to be leaving, then caved and decided to help me. He took me in and I signed some papers. I wanted to inquire about getting some interior damage taken care of while it was in but I was rushed out and told to come back tomorrow to set it up. I never set it up and no longer wish to with Greenway. I have dealt with Greenway twice (the first when I bought my car) and both times were poor experiences.

Vehicle was at shop for three weeks to be worked on. My husband had to call continuously for status updates updates. Took two dys to move vehicle from greenway dodge to greenway ford for repairs. Truck sat for those two days. Got call after three weeks that truck ready. Truck is not repaired. We were handed the keys and said you're all good. Got a mile down the road and turned around to back to dealer to tell them truck not fixed. I know so of this is work on worn parts ins. Won't pay for but ford center gives us keys and said we are good to go and dodge center tells us the truck shouldn't be driven. New Bumper was misplaced stolen as service tells us orders and signed for bit no where to be found. Had to order new bumper. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not shop or use greenway for any future service. Nor will I recommend to anyone. I think greenway and insurance are in cahoots with each other.

From the time my wife came to Greenway Ford to research repairing our Mazda CX7 with State Farm she experienced professionalism. I was traveling on business and it was great to hear how well she was treated. Our car was repaired in 4 business days and the repair links great. Can't tell our qtr panel was damaged, repaired and repainted. Thank you. I will be recommending Green Way Ford to friends who ever need their vehicle repaired.

The service was great. Mark was very helpful and I personally spoke with him when I had questions. He came out to greet me when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. I had a great experience in having my car repaired at Greenway Ford.

Mark kept me up to date with the progress of my repairs. He also was instrumental on getting the project started with my insurance company. Your staff is to be commended on their professionalism and courtesy they displayed in taking care of my vehicle. They removed the stress from a stressful situation which everyone who is ever involved in an accident is extremely dismayed but your staff was able to put me at ease. Thank you for your service.
