Someone stole my sons Garmin GPS tracking system from the glove box. Tow company says wasn't them and dealership says it wasn't them. Someone is lying and I thinks it's pretty crappy to steal from a vehicle that is entrusted to your care. I will be reporting this to the police, State Farm and the better business bureau.
I was happy with the repairs, however, the communication regarding the status of my car was horrible.

I received the car today and it is not properly repaired. It is not aligned and it has a noise. I will take it to my local ford dealer in TN.
Although the service representatives were welcoming and professional, on the other hand I have never seen a dealership return a car that is dirty and not cleaned before returning the car to its customer after an expensive repair. Ford has always been unprofessional in such issues, I'm hoping that Ford will improve in this aspect.
