The repairs were $400 more than the estimate. I would think that when that happens, I should be consulted before the extra work is done. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the service.

From the moment I walked in to the day I returned to pick up my car it’s been nothing but an amazing experience. The entire staff from Geiko, Collision Center and Enterprise was courteous to the needs of my visit, most friendly staff, everyone assured that all paperwork was explained and that I understood what the details of the visit. After leaving my car for repairs the follow up has been consistent and courteous. The rental car was new and wonderful. I truly enjoyed it. The work on my car turned out so wonderful. It was just the bumper but it stood out and looked so nice. Very nice work by member of the Collision Center.
