We loved the whole experience. The guy I called when I first originally explained the problem, he said well let me take a look at it. He got it in the next day to look at it, called me within an hour to tell me the problem and the cost. When I took it in to get fixed, I loved the text updates. The car was fixed with no problems. When I picked my car up, it was cleaned inside and out. Great customer service, excellent proces, it was a great experience.
