Our car was not fully repaired when we first picked it up. It seemed like the repair shop rotated one of the bad rim instead of replacing it. It was stated in the receipt that it was “replaced” but we had to bring it back in to replace the rim which was an inconvenience for us.

Everyone at Carstar was very professional and courteous and did their best to deal with finicky electronics. My one suggestion is that if possible, please give customers more advanced notice of when you expect to be able to deliver a vehicle. While both the customer and Carstar want to deliver vehicles as soon as possible, it can be highly disruptive, and aggravating, to be asked on short notice.
