I noticed damage to the door handle of the repair door. The body shop rep said she noticed that also but that was not part of what they repaired. As I drove off I went to place my phone in the cup holder and found the shattered pieces of the old door handle. They did indeed replace it and damages the new one. I will contact the insurance company on the next business day.

Very poor craftsmanship. I took off work three times to come pick up a vehicle that was “ready” only to find it was not. It wasn’t until this point that they finally replaced the bumper instead of trying to repair it.

I never got one car or update on how my car was doing, I had to do all the calling. My car multiple times that was gonna be ready by one day and that they never came in was always push back. My car ended up being ready while Paul was out of town but he did not call me so when I could’ve gotten my car sooner but because Paul is out of town I could not pick it up .
