The flexibility to communicate via email or phone was very helpful for me. The auto emails received during the repair process was also very helpful. The only additional thing that could be improved is potentially providing estimated completion times along with the status updates. I don't necessarily know what each change in repair status means in terms of time, so it would be helpful to have that spelled out a bit more in terms of (potential) impact on pick-up time. Thanks!
