great customer service. I loved the email updates. the final finish was great, but when you tried to clean my car. it looks like you left swirls from the machine to clean it. i know your head was in the right place and wanted to clean it to make it look nice but i would just be more careful on the product your using and make sure it complete clean before swirling the clear coat on my car

PAUL WAS THE ADJUSTER ON PREVIOUS WORK DONE IN APRIL-MAY TIME FRAME. TODD WAS THE ADJUSTER ON THIS MOST RECENT INSURANCE CLAIM WORK.

Everyone was great. The ladies at the front desk helped tremendously and Todd was always in touch to keep me informed about the progress. There was one very small dent on my bed cover roll top but I don't think that will impact it's operation. It's good to know that you stand behind your work and if there are any issued in the future I can drop in to a Ford dealer. Thanks again for a great job performed in record time, and for keeping us on our vacation schedule.
