Estimated 5 days took 15 days.. no communication at all if I hadn't called my car would probably still be there. Cost me a rental car for extra days. Also left with a nail in my tire. Very disappointed and frustrated.

When I picked my car up on Saturday 10/7/17 there was more damage to it than what I brought it therefor originally and it was inferred that the (roof damage) was from the storm that passed through this area in the beginning of the month. This is the 3rd working day since I picked it up and no one from Ferman has contacted me to let me know that they are investigating the problem. I turned it over to my insurance company Liberty Mutual. I never would have thought that Ferman would treat customers like this. Sherry B

My vehicle was not cleaned very well when I picked it up. The staff said that it is just a complimentary cleaning. They just cleaned the hand prints from my hood and only some water marks. Disappointed that I had to take it to a car wash when I left. I never had to do that at any other shop.
