Needed to drive back as the car was not 100% fixed , it was reported from the beggining wheel vibration and it was necessary to do tires aligment .. that was not good quality control at all

My car looks brand new!!! The accident was devastating at first and the damages were just horrific. I could not imagine the work that has been done of course a lot of interior work I couldn’t see, but what I was able to see when I picked up my car was truly amazing. It’s like nothing ever happened. I was updated at each stage and the Manager Kevin came out to my car and explained what was done page by page, yes my car was that bad to have pages of repair work. First class service all the way, highly recommend I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you Son’s Collision. My name is Samuelle my car was a Black Kia Sportage 2015. Awesome Customer service.
Once I got onto 287, my hood popped open. I pulled over and shut it. There was no damage. Just glad my family wasn’t in the car and that nothing serious happened.
Otherwise a painless and fast turnaround.
There is a gap between the body and the plastic grill installed. I need to go back again to have it fixed.
I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience from drop off to pick up. Erin the receptionist was very helpful and gracious every time I spoke with her both in person & on the phone. Greg was truly thorough & seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I was happy with the results. The Geico rep, Steve, that I met with as well as another employee at drop off were also very nice and took the time to explain things and answer any questions. Also having the occasional text to update me on the progress was awesome. I have already begun recommending you and will continue to do so. If date for car pick up changes, your team should advise customer as soon possible. I shouldn't have had to call to find out late in the day that the car isn't ready after getting text that morning that it would be ready.
Dec.01 My Rogue was taken in for inspection and evaluation by James the adjuster (GEICO)and Mike from Son's Collision. The results of the repairs made was very rewarding.
