Email system gave completion dates that were unrelated to actual progress on vehicle. Based on your emails,w e rearranged schedules so we could pick up the car, but it turned out not to be ready. Other than that - everything was great! Really appreciated the helpful staff in the office.

It was a great experience! For something as unfortunate as someone hitting my car and leaving no information, which was very frustrating, the body shop at Bill Rapp made everything exceptionally easy for me. The claim was handled wonderfully and I was kept in contact throughout the whole process and had updates to when my vehicle would be finished. When everything was all said and done, my car looked brand new. Far exceeded my expectations all around!!!

The guys at Bill Rapp did an Amazing job fixing my brand new 2016 Subaru Legacy that was hit by a truck!!! My car is back to brand new again!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!! The txt updates were very helpful with keeping me up to date on completion time .. Thank you

My vehicle was PERFECT!!!! Just like the day I bought it!!! My husband checked the vehicle over when we arrived home and couldn't find anything wrong - he used to be a mechanic and has done some light body work on our vehicles in the past. I'm sooo pleased with your work and the entire experience!!!!

Esthetically my car looked ok but it still had a loud rattle on the front driver side of the vehicle which is being looked into. Also my husband questioned whether or not they replaced the hood which was damaged when the deer hit my vehicle because it was supposed to be replaced but it appeared to only have been repaired ( it still has scratches on it and a small dent ). The body shop is also looking into that.

I chose Bill Rapp because I could get a loaner car without the hassle of going through my insurance rental option. I appreciated that I was able to continue to live my life while my vehicle was repaired. The repair was done well and exceeded my expectations. In addition I truly appreciated that my car was washed when I picked it up. Due to the customer service that exceeded my expectations I would choose bill rapp again. The only problem that happened is that I was told I could pick up my car on Saturday at the cashier station since the body shop would be closed. When I arrived on Saturday my car and paperwork was not at the cashier and they could not locate it. It was a minor set back, but since I had a loaner and not a rental I was not upset, if I had a rental and would have had to pay for extra days that would have completely ruined my experience with Bill Rapp. The loaner option is a great service from your company. Thank you for your help.

I was definitely satisfied with the work done and in the time frame that it was done. That was great. But when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday, I was informed that there was no one in that department available to release my car and that we would have to come back on monday. That I was not pleased with. Overall very satisfied

I'm a talker and when I came in the door all the workers listened to what I had to say whether it was about my vehicle they were fixing or my day at work....they were so friendly I could have chatted all day but I had to leave as work needs to be done....in that time of my daughters vehicle being fixed....I went out and purchased a Subaru Forester for myself and am loving my new ride....if my vehicle needs any personal attention I know where I will be bringing it to happen...very satisfied with the service we received ...so thanks to all that had a part in my dilemma....five stars goes out to all....sincerely Barbara M

They were very professional and courteous. When I first came to Bill Rapp they raved about how good there body shop was. I agree 95%, but both times I have been there we had to point out obvious flaws in the paint job. They are quick to fix these issues but these issues should be caught by the professionals.
