I am extremely disappointed for the following reasons: ****) I was told by Lance my damaged tow hitch would be placed in the rear of my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the tow hitch was still on, not removed. Waited for Service King resolve this issue. 2) The wiring harness for the trailer lights was damaged during the accident. Photos of the damaged wiring was taken during the estimate. This repair was not preformed. I was told Service King will only replace OEM parts. Really? It’s trailer wiring. 3) When I brought my 1997 Suburban in for repair, my rear left and right turn indicators worked. When I went to leave the shop, both turn indicators were inoperable. Returned to Service King, they resolved the issue and blamed the problem on the accident. The wiring was fine as I completely inspected it prior to dropping my Suburban off. Service King damaged the secondary trailer wiring for my travel trailer. I am now left with rewiring my entire trailer wiring. 4 ) The screws holding my license plate on are stripped from over tightening. The entire rear bumper was replaced. How could you strip new license plate clips? I’m fairly sure Service King reused the ones off the damaged bumper. I would not recommend Service King to friends or family. In addition, all the issues above I’m sharing with my insurance adjuster at Travelers. Respectfully, Ken M

My car was delivered to my work. I park in a parking garage where the light is not so great. When I arrived home, I realized that the paint on the door that was just redone, secondary to peeling, is peeling already. Really? This is unbelievable.

I am pleasantly surprised with the service from Service King. So glad I now know of this repair shop. Teri greets you when you walk in, and she makes sure to go over the process in detail. I had to service my car after an accident and I felt so good leaving my car there. They sent me day by day updates so that I knew exactly when my car would be done. Thanks for your professionalism, warm reception and diligence, as well as for helping our military and veterans. You guys ROCK!!! Brenda G

I had a really good experience w SK. My emotional state was low because of a hit and run w no note. It would be a great retention offer to give clients a reduced rate if service is needed at a later date.

Told that the job was done, paid my 500 deductible and signed off on it. Went to get in the car but first checked to see if job was completed. A mud flap that was paid for and supposed to be installed was missing. Went back to the office and pointed out the error. That was a week ago. Still waiting to for this paid for job to be completed. Next thing to do will be to contact my claims rep at Safeco .

Teri answered the phone. Her tone of voice was inviting and professional. She was understanding and willing to listen. Jesse called me and responded to my request. I received the email immediately. The text messages were helpful to keep me updated about the progress. Despite the loss, I can rest assure that Service King could repair and restore my vehicle to the original condition. Jesse washed my car on Saturday morning. My car was pristine when I picked it up. Thank you!
