Better honesty about where the part was purchased(off of EBay) would have helped. We located the wheel liner at multiple salvage yards and could have gotten it ourselves and brought it in. Was never told he bought it off EBay. Took the insurance company to call them to get the true facts. He acted like he got the only part available in America. Not true.
