The Crete representative was very nice and helpful ... the car was not fixed at his facility’s however. The Peotone shop who did the repairs was a terrible choice. The car had to be sent back multiple times and the flaws were glaring. Dirt in the paint , scratches and other problems that should have been addressed. I was not happy at the quality of work. Too many problems to list ... there were other cars with marker on them as well .. I was not alone

Paint and all cosmetic work is great. The exhaust does rattle against the undercarriage of the car, but I should be able to fix it relatively easily with some exhaust wrap. Overall, I am happy with the work and really appreciated both the interior and exterior detailing.

The car wasn't finished until a week and a half after the date it was supposed to be completed. I was told that the reason for this was because he wanted to get everything fixed properly. Then when I got the car, there were loud vibrations coming from under the car when I made turns and the alignment was not done properly. Now we left it with you again and no telling how long it's going to take to finish fixing the car
