I was very pleased with the service representatives, the explanation of work to be done, the updates and the time of completion of the repairs. Your staff went far beyond what was necessary in cleaning the car interior which was an unexpected surprise but did show that the staff was dedicated to pleasing the customer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The work that was done on my car is high quality and I am very happy with it. If the need arises I would gladly use Service King again and will be glad to recommend it to the people I know.

The completion date of the car was delayed multiple times. When I finally received my car back, there was a wire inside hanging from the roof down to the floor by my gas/brake pedals. When I asked them to fix this and got the car back a few minutes later, there was a plastic clip missing from my door. When they fixed this, now my auto start on my car doesn’t work. When I got home, the black exterior window trim on my driver side door fell off and now I am stuck with a broken car that I can’t drive until Monday when I can return so they can fix this. Oh I also have to go to a DIFFERENT shop to get my auto start reinstalled because they cannot reprogram it at this location. Overall, horrible experience. The only thing I received was a half hearted “sorry” and a handful of excuses. Will never be using service king again and will definitely be telling my friends and family to avoid at all costs.

The staff was so incredibly helpful during my car repair. I loved how I received text updates about my repairs, but also received calls from the service team that kept me truly informed about the work being done. I’ve never received service like that and was truly appreciative of it. I would definitely bring my car back if it ever needed any service or repairs again.
