Don was fine and replaced the 2 missing rivets in the fender trim and bugged out a run in the paint. However, I should not have to point these mistakes out. Geico was horrible in that they were too cheap to replace a damaged wheel and tire. They do not deserve my business.

The only reason I said not completely was that the first two days were sub-par. My insurance company and the Collision Center weren't sure who was doing the towing and it set me back a few days of repair time. And initially, when I commented that the estimated time of repair seemed like lengthy, I was told "By law we have six days to repair an undriveable vehicle." Although that may be true it seemed like a very callous and defensive thing to tell a client already stressed out. A simple, "We understand your frustration and will do our very best to get this done as quickly as possible" would have been a better response. However, and this is important, after those two setbacks, the service was flawless. I received almost daily updates and/or phone calls on how my service was proceeding and Jaclyn could not have been more thorough and detail-oriented at the point of pick-up, payment and delivery of my rental vehicle. My opinion of Collision Centers overall was very high and I would now definitely recommend that my insurance company partner with them.
