Repairs were not complete. Noticed driving home that when I turned the lights on, the front left headlight didn’t work. Also on closer inspection noticed a small, dent in the drivers door that was not previously there and possibly not noticed because the car was dirty, the headlight was damaged in the wreck as was the drivers door exiting the car

The repairs look great, I only have one request/comment. The plug for the rear bumper to cover the tow **** hole is missing and it was in place when the truck was dropped off. I would like to get it back in place.

Your technicians went above and beyond the minimal scope of work to be done. Some corrosion issues were repaired that really we're outside of the initial scope, but your initiative to do the work right and professionally, became clear in the final outcome. Door moldings that didn't have to be repainted as they were unaffected by the accident, were indeed painted because it made for a better final product. And that attention to detail makes a huge difference and is the way business should be done. Outstanding work!
