Staff was helpful, polite and professional. I really liked the daily text messages. I have not had a repair shop do that before. If you would have asked me if something like that would be beneficial I would have said no big deal. Having experienced it I really like it and saved me an extra day car rental. Good job guys. I will be sending all my clients with hail and other damage to your shop.

The windshield wiper is missing the cover and the window on the lift gate seems to be loose as it makes a noise when driving. The timeframe for the repairs were too long since the approval for repairs and payments between your body shop and the insurance company took excessively long. Insurance company referred me to your body shop and I opted to use your business for the repairs. I was told twice that if the insurance company didn't pay for the repairs that my car wouldn't be released to me. The service provided by Zach was very courteous but the timeframe was unnecessary and all due to miscommunication between the insurance company and DFW Collission.

The repair looks great, the communication was great, was right on schedule. Everyone I dealt with was great to work with. The only problem was that they forgot to put radio antenna back on, and it was not inside the truck, under the good, or in the bed so I had to drive an hour back to the dealership to get another one. It was a minor detail, and the experience would have been perfect were it not for that oversight.

From start to finish, this was a class act! I was notified daily via text, of the progress on my car. That feature was a huge blessing because I'm accustomed to knowing nothing when I have a car in for repair or service. And when I picked up my car, it was vacuumed and wiped down and shiny! Another unexpected treat! The staff are knowledgeable and extremely gratuitous! I will come back!
