Timely updates and vehicle was ready at promised time

From the initial phone call to when I picked my car up I was and am well pleased. My car looked brand new, they cleaned it out. Martha, explain all the paperwork and what I was signing. I believe the tech was Joe he keep me inform on everything that was being done on my car. I appreciate the text messages to keep me informed. My niece a Likia Woodard had her car repair by you and she was very happy and I am so glad she referred me because Martha was pleasant and very professional. She arranged my rental car, I did not have to lift one finger Everything was arrange and I truly am grateful to the staff. The atmosphere was friendly, the shop was clean and very warm. Everyone was attentive to my needs and made me happy. I will refer people who need collision work Donets you. I will use your company again. I was involved in an accident in which I was rear ended, both parties involved weren't injured and the process throughout this whole incident went so smooth. I had to drop my car off after hours, but there was a gentleman there how said they were closing and wanted to make sure I had all my belongings. It was after hours and he could have locked up without saying anything, but he wasn't like that. The next day, the estimator called me to review the damage, but I missed her call. I called twice with no call back and figured things were moving along because I received a text that work had begun. I understand work days can become very busy, but again, a courtesy call to discuss the estimate was a nice gesture. What I loved...the text messages! Everyday my vehicle was at the shop, I would receive updates on my card progress. Once my car was complete I received the text and yet again another courtesy call. My vehicle was ready within a week which I thought was very reasonable, but when I dropped it off there were crumbs as I have a four year old and when I picked up my vehicle the interior was vaccumed out. Not only was I impressed with that, but the exterior was shining and looked great! Lastly, when I picked up my vehicle, I was acknowledged and the gentleman pulled my car up for me while I finished with the other office administrator. I would highly recommend Cole's Collison because they truly treat you with courtesy, their updates were flawless, and the whole process just went so smooth! Thank you again, Jessica S

You were easy to do business with. My car was ready a day sooner than the original estimate and the work looks great! I also appreciate the wash you gave my car. It felt great getting into a fixed & ckean car after dealing with an unpleasant and unexpected collision.
