You scheduled it out for over a month
I called a week ahead to make sure we were all set
Dropped it off the Sunday evening before the scheduled date and called back four days later to see how it was going and Scott said we did not have the clearance from insurance which they had been working on since Monday . He also mentioned that the part was not in. So I ended up taking it home cause we needed it for the next weekend and we scheduled it out two more weeks. Even then it was gone for 10 days. I feel insurance should’ve been handled before the first date and that you guys would have made sure the part was in before the date . So not very happy with what seemed to be a lot of run around
