The entire team was fantastic. Beth made sure to keep me informed on the repairs and they turned out like my car was never damaged. I had a battery issue after picking up my car and Beth even went above and beyond to come and jump my car after her own work hours. I will always recommend Willis to anyone needing collision repairs.

I scheduled to have an oil change done while the repairs were being done but that did not happen. I talked to the body shop and they said I guess it didn't happen and to call myself to reschedule. I had to bring the car back on Saturday. Also I have not had a lot of collision repairs done in the past but have always had the repairs shown to me. I am not sure if your policy is to just give the client the keys and send them on their way. I have always had above and beyond service so this was a little surprising.

The repair looked good overall and the front desk person was extremely helpful. However, when I came to pick my car up they failed to buff out a spot they sanded. The front desk person resolved the issue and buffed the spot in the lot. I understand these things happen... but I think a good quality control check would have caught this. I give everything a 9 out of 10 and I am only using this as a way to convey what happened. Thanks again.
When I picked my car up no one delivered my car to me I paid and the lady asked me if I saw my car I told her yes. Cory stood there as I paid and didn6say a word or acknowledge me. Poor customer service. This is not what Rich represents
