I did not catch the name of the first rep, but my car was not inspected before handed over to me, the bumper was on crooked and paint was peeling off of the bumper. I was asked to wait while they fixed it, after about thirty minutes I was told it was finished. The bumper was straight, which was fine, but the peeling paint was just tucked under the tail light now. From a distance it looks fine, but when I look at it up close I can still see a crack of the peeled paint and the black of the bumper under the paint. When I told the rep about it again, I told him that if it’s already cracking or peeling now, it’s going to get worse, he told me that when it gets worse the lifetime warranty will cover it. I understand that, but I still want it done right the first time, and it was not, and still is not. As I looked at the spot again, I noticed another part of the paint that was almost unnoticeable but still ruffled paint from the collision, the rep told me that I need to talk to geico about that because diamond auto was only authorized to replace the bumper. This spot was inside the circle that the same guy used his paint pen to circle damage. It was just overlooked or ignored, and obviously the rep didn’t like the fact that I was unnsatisfied. He lead me to the geico rep and said talk to him to try to push me off on someone else. Pretty disappointed with the whole interaction. After leaving, it still didn’t sit right with me, I came back about an hour later and was greeted by Arthur, who was extremely receptive and came out to check out the spot. He told me to bring it back in next week so he can try to make it right. That’s all I wanted to hear, I’ll be coming back Monday to see Arthur, hopefully things will be fixed the right way this time around. So far, Arthur has been the most help I have received there by far. I understand it’s a pain to go back and do a job twice, but it wasn’t done correct the first time, it was sloppy. Then to be told that it’s basically “not your problem” because a small section was overlooked was pretty frustrating.

I was very pleased with how nice and welcomed the staff at Diamond Auto Shop were towards me. I especially liked the updates that I received through texts and phone calls. When I went to pick up my car it looked amazing! Not only was it fixed but it was washed and cleaned in the inside. That made me happy. Thank you and I am certainly going to recommend Diamond Auto Shop to my family and friends.
