This was a very smooth and seemless auto repair. They were very professional,communicated well. The body work was perfect and my car looks beautiful. They had my rent a car set up and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

As always the staff at Craig's have done a great job repairing my truck. They are always up front and honest about what is is going to take to make the repairs and how much it will cost. It takes a specials touch to match paint exact and the can do it.

Don’t **** me and make lame excuses when communicating, just be honest…. But saying something should take 2-3 weeks and then stringing me along for 3 and half months. Your shop cost me over 3k$ of rental car cost, completely because every week I was told it should be done the next week….I’ll be leaving an honest review with google and everywhere else I can. Be a a f-ing professional and be honest

I was impressed when I first took the car in for an evaulation before repair. Service was immediate and estimates came via email very quickly and very completely. Because I was asking for some addition estimation for other than insurance reapir I was also impressed when I asked if "he would do it to his own car?" and the answer was No because it is all cosmetic." I appreciated the honesty. then the service appointment came. work done very nicely and quicker than I thought and they even cleaned up the inside the of the van. I'd recommend you to anyone. The repairs to our car took about a week longer than expected with little communication about the delays. The actual work was excellent and we have no complaints about the work. Our car looked great!
