My experience was excellent as it is every time I deal with Autobody USA. It always is. I would never hesitate to recommend them to others. Every conversation is kind and helpful. Every person I speak with is knowledgeable. Jeff is amazing to work with and always goes above and beyond in service. I know that he treats everyone like that but he really makes my experience exceptional. My car always looks amazing. I always bring my vehicle here.

Work took several days pass by estimated date of completion. The work they did resulted in a no they didn’t in my fender. This sender has to be ordered and will take another month. Noted that the pink colors did not match.

I was very upset when my jeep was damaged in your care. But when the regional manager called and offered to fix what happened that showed me the integrity of the company to do the right thing. I'm grateful for that. If only the manager that I spoke to in the first place was not rude it could've been a better experience. But you made a wrong a right and that goes a long way with me, and I will be telling people that. Thank you for making it right

I had the pleasure of interacting with 4-5 staff people at Autobody USA. (From Estimator, to Service, to Front Desk.) In person and over the phone. Each individual was professional, friendly, courteous. They made me feel like I was important to each of them. Kudos for your excellent customer service. I will recommend this shop to my friends.

My jeep was damaged while in there care. Whether they cause the damage or while in there lot. Scratches and cracked windshield happened on their watch and they refuse to take responsibility and fix it. Very very disappointing

After I had called and complained about the wiring to the blinker being pulled out of the harness (that you say wasn’t your fault). I hooked my trailer up and the lights on my trailer did not work. All this worked before bringing my truck in. Also I called to have the windshield fixed and nobody came to fix the windshield like they were supposed to. I will not bring a vehicle back there.

Didn’t receive my car on time. Almost 2 weeks late. Poor communication. Had to get my car fixed the second time because the parts were just rigged back together on the car. (Pictures). Couldn’t drive my car out of the lot because they reset all of my codes without letting me know. The car was in limp mode and couldn’t reach speeds faster than 10 mph. I also had to take the car to the autobody shop to get it working properly. ETC...
