Horrible service... forgot a light bulb for my car rear light then there were unexplained scratches on my rear bumper. Every time I called I sat on the phone for at least 9 min before someone gor to me. And if someone said they would call me back they never did. I will never come back nor will I refer anyone to you.

My first and last experience with dacar, my car was kept for over 2 weeks for a 2 ****/2 hours front bumper work, I received only a few text messages say my car was being worked on but that was a lie, no one call me to update me on my I kept going to dacar to for updates. The parts department was a joke the parts sales person was rude and very unprofessional, his service was extremely poor and he had very little knowledge the product I purchased. I bought 2 set of wheel security locks only to find out that each can open all 8 wheel locks I return to the parts department to simply exchange both wheel lock they refuse to exchange the wheel locks but instead they argued with me, they refund my money instead, now this is why that was a stupid decision because now the have 3 open pack of wheel locs, 2 that I returned and **** that they try to sell me, if the stupid dump manager simply they exchange the wheel locks they would have made a sale, and kept a customer who just set over 4000 dallars with dacars but not they lost the sale and a customer for life.I would never do business with dacar ever again nor will I ever recommend anyone to do business with dacar. I WILL PUT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DACAR, I WILL POST ON OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DACAR. DACAR CUSTOM SERVICE ON A SCALE OF **** TO 5 IS A ZERO.

My car's side interior top fabric panel was poorly reinstalled. They also would not release my car due to a error in my deductible even though GEICO notified them of error and that they were issuing another check. I would not use Darcar again. Also they didn't provide pictures of the repair nor was I provided any verbal updates on my car.

Was told car was ready however on my way to pick up car received call saying sorry the car us not ready. Promised it should be ready on a Monday and if course it wasn't. When I picked the car up on Tuesday someone had left an empty dirty coffee cup was on the front seat. Coffee stain ..... Unexceptable!

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had when it comes to customer service and actual work done to my vehicle. I had to take my vehicle to another place to be fixed as the service was incomplete at your facility. I will never use darcars repair service again.
